1 Million Gun Owners Thumb Noses, Violate N.Y. Gun Registration Law

One of the nation’s most ambitious gun registration schemes is a total failure, according to new statistics.

It is estimated that less than five percent of what gun control groups call “assault weapons” have been registered in New York state, more than two years after Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a law mandating it.

All total, 44,485 firearms by 23,847 people have been registered with the state police, The Albany Times Union reported.

The numbers were only released after attorney Paloma Capanna sued the state under the Freedom of Information Law.

State attorneys tried to block the release by claiming a database of firearms information was exempt from that law.

Even though 23,847 may sound like a lot, it is estimated that 1 million people in the state own such a firearm. That equates to a 2 percent registration rate.

Hundreds of Troops Occupying Ocala Florida "Not" Part Of Jade Helm -Video

On Monday, Community Technical & Adult Education (CTAE) spokeswoman Janie Gunnell said that Marion County citizens should not worry about the 600 to 700 military personal that have recently occupied Ocala. 

The military has taken over the Westport High School parking lot and it is currently filled with military vehicles. 

According to reports, the military is in Ocala for “Operation Guardian,” and it will culminate on June 25, 2015. 

The military said the training exercise is necessary to hone their skills in the event of a terrorist attack or natural disaster. 

“[CTAE] can provide the best training area and the best training instructors anywhere in the country,” Lt. Col. Tim Snider said.

I have never done anything like this before. 

Ever since I started The Economic Collapse Blog in late 2009, I have never issued any kind of “red alert” for any specific period of time.  As an attorney, I was trained to be level-headed and to only come to conclusions that were warranted by the evidence. 

So this is not something that I am doing lightly. 

Based on information that I have received, things that I have been told, and thousands of hours of research that have gone into the publication of more than 1,300 articles about our ongoing economic collapse, I have come to the conclusion that a major financial collapse is imminent.  Therefore, I am issuing a RED ALERT for the last six months of 2015.

To clarify, when I say “imminent” I do not mean that it will happen within the next 48 hours.  And I am not saying that our problems will be “over” once we get to the end of 2015.  In fact, I believe that the truth is that our problems will only be just beginning as we enter 2016.

What I am attempting to communicate is that we are right at the door of a major turning point.  About this time of the year back in 2008, my wife and I went to visit her parents.  As we sat in their living room, I explained to them that we were on the verge of a major financial crisis, and of course the events that happened a few months later showed that I was right on the money.

This time around, I wish that I could visit the living rooms of all of my readers and explain to them why we are on the verge of another major financial crisis.  Unfortunately, that is not possible, but hopefully this article will suffice.  Please share it with your friends, your family and anyone else that you want to warn about what is coming. Armed Man Saves 1000 People (Video)

In 1993 a missionary named Charl van Wyk thwarted a massacre with no more than 5 bullets and defeated the terrorist attack from 4 men armed with AK-47s, grenades & Molotov cocktails.

A Nation Of Rats: How America Became A Country Of Neighbor Vs. Neighbor

Throughout history, tyrants and oppressive regimes have used coercion and intimidation to control their populations and crush any dissent to the ruling powers.

There are only two ways that a nation under such rule can change their course and restore some semblance of freedom: disruption of the authorities from an external force, such as in the case of an invasion or war, or through a successful uprising of the people being oppressed.

Since the oppressed people in that situation have no control over the external force option, the only option left is a revolt or uprising. That leaves the tyrant or regime having to closely monitor and control the activity and speech of the people to prevent such a revolt.

The classic example of this was in Nazi Germany, where citizens were encouraged to “rat” on each other for any form of dissent.

That meant something as harmless as casually mentioning that they weren’t very fond of Der Fuhrer should be reported. Children especially were instructed to report anything done or said by parents or teachers that might seem “suspicious.”

If they did, the results were never good for the accused — guilty or not.

The UN Is Preparing to Manage Mass Casualty Events Under Jade Helm

My worst fears are being realized. The following information is strongly suggestive that the United Nations is poised to seize control of Jade Helm.

 Further, the nature of UN involvement with Jade Helm is strongly suggestive of the fact that massive numbers of people will be relocated to camps following a chemical/biological attack. Further, this administration has established the protocols for just such a forced relocation of massive amounts of people.

We have seen the Blue Bell Ice Cream trucks, featured later in this article, that are implicated in this scenario for the presumed transport of a massive amounts of dead bodies. However, what is most disturbing is that in the case of a pandemic, the United Nations will assume operational control over quarantines and the transporting of “sick people” to a receiving facility.

La Bota Ranch near Laredo.

The Laredo Morning Times is reporting that a Border Patrol helicopter was shot at and was struck on Friday evening near La Bota Ranch, according to Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar. Sheriff Cuellar said that out of the five shots, two were confirmed to have hit the helicopter.

A Spokesperson for the Border Patrol, Sara Melendez, said the helicopter landed safely and no injuries were reported. It has not been confirmed if the shots were fired on the U.S. or Mexico side.

A later Border Patrol statement says the crew of the Office of Air and Marine helicopter was patrolling the US-Mexico border near the banks of the Rio Grande when attacked about 5:30 p.m. Friday. According to the Border Patrol, bullets hit the ride side of the aircraft and the rotor blade, which could have produced catastrophic results, but the pilot was able to land safely with no injuries to Border Patrol personnel.

The MSM coverup instantly sprang into action as CNN reported that the shots came from inside of Mexico. Not so, according to my Border Patrol source.

Dusting Off Old Reliable Sources

Subsequent to this report, I was able to contact one of the two Border Patrol (BP) personnel who provided me with very accurate behind-the-scenes intelligence information last summer during the Central American immigration invasion of the United States. The source told me, late last night, that the event took place inside of the United States. The area, outside of Laredo, is mostly unguarded. I asked the BP source about the 75% reduction in BP force along certain parts of the border. He informed me that in many areas, the border is in complete disarray, is totally unguarded and are hotbeds for blatant and rampant criminal activity.

This is not the first time that this area of the border has been at the center of border incursions by 5th column insurgents who have crossed the border. Nothing happens in isolation. My BP source said that

Tyranny: Waco Bikers Must Sign Judges Order Not To Sue, Or No Bail 

In a press release from Looney and Conrad Law firm, whom represent many of the Waco bikers who are still incarcerated in the Waco jail, the attorneys have revealed some startling and questionable information pertaining to the bikers bond and term of release from jail.

Earlier today, detainees in the Jack Harwell Detention Center in Waco were told that in exchange for bond reductions, they must sign a document stating the Waco police “had the right to arrest the inmate and that he/she will not file a lawsuit against McLennan County and/or the City of Waco.”

Anyone who is slightly familiar with the Law will undoubtedly see this for what it is, extortion.

The authorities in Waco must know they violated these people’s rights with unlawful arrest and internment and now are trying to cover their tails by making an unscrupulous exchange.
