Point Blank: Border Patrol Agent Holds Loaded Gun To Boy Scouts Head, Troop Leader Says (Video)

A Boy Scout troop from central Iowa just returned from a three week trip they will not soon forget.

10 days into their trip, an innocent action by one of the nearly two dozen Boy Scouts at the Canadian border into Alaska caused a border patrol agent to pull his loaded weapon and pointed it point blank at the boy’s head.

Boy Scout Troop 111 Leader Jim Fox spelled out what happened to him and the Mid-Iowa Boy Scout Troop 111 as four van-loads of Scouts and adult volunteers tried to drive from Canada into Alaska.

Fox said one of the Scouts took a picture of a border official, which spurred agents to detain everyone in that van and search them and their belongings.

“The agent immediately confiscated his camera, informed him he would be arrested, fined possibly $10,000 and 10 years in prison,” Fox said.

Fox said he was told it is a federal offense to take a picture of a federal agent.

Not wanting things to escalate, Fox said he did not complain.

Another of the Scouts was taking luggage from the top of a van to be searched when something startling happened.

“He hears a snap of a holster, turns around, and here’s this agent, both hands on a loaded pistol, pointing at the young man’s head,” Fox explained.

Fox said that had them all in fear.

Ultimately no one was hurt or arrested, and after about four hours they were allowed to continue their trip into Alaska.

When he thinks about what happened to them and the fact there are people streaming across the southern border, Fox is outraged.

Charles Vonderheid with the Mid-Iowa Council Boy Scouts of America said Troop 11 learned a valuable lesson.

“We want to make sure they follow the rules. A Scout is a good citizen. It would be a great lesson in civics for that young man and that troop,” he said.

The Scouts arrived home late Sunday from their 23-day trip.

  

There were 17 other Scouts and three other volunteers on the trip. As of now KCCI has not been able to make contact with any of the Scouts.

Frankly the statement made by Charles Vonderheid are troubling. Since when is having a gun pointed at your head a good lesson in civics? This border patrol agent should be fired, or suspended at the very least. Police state USA!

If our border patrol used this kind of force on our southern borders, we wouldn’t have a border crisis right now.

The Significance of the Declaration of Independence

The following values are what has made America great, Heritage, courage, sacrifice, honor, integrity, service, faith, hope, if we want to get back to what made America great, we need to get back to these values. The Declaration of Independence is the document that guaranteed the American people they would have the freedom to pursue these values. 

For those of you in a hurry, this is a very good seminar that can walk you through the Declaration of Independence in 10 minutes. 

The Declaration of Independence has great significance to the American people because it is what led to our independence from King George III. The Declaration of Independence justified our right to revolt against a government that no longer guaranteed us our natural rights. The Declaration of Independence stated certain ideals that the colonists believed were important for man to have, such as liberty and equality.

It is important for American's to be reminded of this list of grievances that were sent to the king, as you will see in this video, the list of grievances that perpetuated this document are eerily similar to the situation America faces today. In fact, similarities are frightening.

Flight MH17: Second Malaysian Airline Disappears from Radar With VIP’s and Leading Scientists On Board (Video)

 It has just been reported that 100 potiental scientists and researchers were on board Malaysia Airlines flight MH 17. This is the second plane load of VIP’s that has  vanished while flying Malaysia airlines.

World Health Organization spokesperson Glenn Thomas was also among the victims.

They were on their way to Melbourne this weekend for a conference organized by the International AIDS Society, who released a statement following the crash. Leading HIV researcher and father of five Joep Lange was aboard the flight from Amsterdam.

“The International AIDS Society (IAS) today expresses its sincere sadness at receiving the news that a number of colleagues and friends en route to attend the 20th International AIDS Conference taking place in Melbourne, Australia, were on board the Malaysian Airlines MH17 flight that has crashed over Ukraine earlier today. At this incredibly sad and sensitive time the IAS stands with our international family and sends condolences to the loved ones of those who have been lost to this tragedy.”

“Today, we apparently lost 100 of our best and brightest,” Cleve Jones, co-founder of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, told KPIX 5 Thursday night. “It’s just heartbreaking. We’re a family.”

Dr. Joep Lange of The Netherlands, a former president of the IAS and renowned HIV researcher was on board the flight.

“The loss of his expertise and his leadership is a blow…I don’t know how we will ever replace him,” Jones said. “We’re dedicated to eradicating HIV/AIDS. And today, that hoped for outcome seems even further away.”

The passenger plane carrying 298 people was shot down over eastern Ukraine on Thursday, and both the government and the pro-Russia separatists fighting in the region denied any responsibility for downing the aircraft.

There are no survivors from Flight 17, which took off shortly after noon Thursday from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur with 283 passengers, including three infants, and a crew of 15. Malaysia’s prime minister said there was no distress call before the plane went down and that the flight route was declared safe by the International Civil Aviation Organization.

MH 370 that came up missing months ago also gave out no distress call. Is it just coincidence that a large number of scientists were members of both flights?

7 Year Market Cycles and Market Crashes, 1987, 1994, 2001, 2008...Next Up 2015, Are You Prepared?

  

It’s a cliché, but true, when it comes to stock market cycles: “Those who don’t learn from history may be doomed to repeat it.”

Many people are talking about the gains they have realized in the markets in the last 6 years, most people have recovered their losses since 2008. It seem we have a short memory and we do not learn very well from history. In this post I want to remind my audience about the 7 year cycles that the market crashes seem to be following. 

Many mainstream economists want nothing to do with economic cycle theorists, but there is no denying that economic cycle theorists have correctly predicted the timing of recessions, and stock market crashes with consistency over the past decades. Of course none of the theories discussed below are perfect, but it is very interesting to note that all of them seem to indicate that the U.S. economy is about to enter a major downturn.

Black Monday refers to Monday, October 19, 1987, when stock markets around the world crashed, shedding a huge value in a very short time. The crash began in Hong Kong and spread west to Europe, hitting the United States after other markets had already declined by a significant margin. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) dropped by 508 points to 1738.74 (22.61%).

The Federal Reserve was active in providing highly visible liquidity support in an effort to bolster market functioning. In particular, the Federal Reserve eased short-term credit conditions by conducting more expansive open market operations at earlier-than-usual times, issuing public statements affirming its commitment to providing liquidity, and temporarily liberalizing the rules governing the lending of Treasury securities from its portfolio. The liquidity support was important by itself, but the public nature of the activities likely helped support market confidence. Sound familiar?

7 years later if you remember back to 1994 a sharp, unexpected rise in interest rates wrecked the value of bond portfolios and turned profitable trades into money losers. Hedge funds blew up, banks plunged into the red and the resulting shockwaves even hurt the equity market, which reversed a strong start to end down on the year.

It was, in other words, a year for investors to forget. But it is also a year that is important to remember. Today, with interest rates at rock-bottom thanks to the US Federal Reserve and other central banks, some bond market veterans are hearing echoes of 1994.

As you can see by the chart from Bloomberg business insider, Sept 1994 was the beginning of yet another stock market crash that resulted from the Fed Raising interest rate .25%

Then 7 years after 1994, who could ever forget the market crash that followed the Sept 11th 2001 World Trade Center attack?

U.S. stocks plunged to their lowest levels in nearly three years, and the Dow Jones industrial average suffered its worst point-loss in history as trading resumed for the first time following the Sept 11th terrorist attacks. 

Following 911, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates between banks to the lowest level since 1994. Just hours later the European Central Banks made a surprise half a point rate cut of it's own. 

On September 16th 2008, failures of massive financial institutions in the United States, due primarily to exposure of securities of packaged subprime loans and credit default swaps issued to insure these loans and their issuers, rapidly devolved into a global crisis resulting in a number of bank failures in Europe and sharp reductions in the value of equities (stock) and commodities worldwide.

In the United States, 15 banks failed in 2008, while several others were rescued through government intervention or acquisitions by other banks. On October 11, 2008, the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) warned that the world financial system was teetering on the "brink of systemic meltdown."

The economic crisis caused countries to temporarily close their markets. As you can see there seems to be a strong 7 years cycle that our markets are following. 

The March 2004 issue of EWT  postulated a 7-year crisis cycle going back to 1973 and used it to predict another crisis in 2008. Here are the table and the forecast from that issue:

—1973: Arab oil embargo, with spillover into 1974 stock market low of wave IV.

—1980: peak in the inflation rate; top in gold, silver and mining stocks, interest rate spike, stock-market “massacre” and low of wave 2.

—1987: stock market crash and low of wave 4.

—1994:  When the Fed unexpectedly raised 

rates, stock market breaks uptrend line at low.Followed by the market crash. 

—2001: successful terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.

Seven years after 2001 is 2008, so that is the next year to look for another market crash.  

There was certainly a crisis and plenty of social fear in 2008, markets crash, so this cycle performed as it should have.

The next leg of the seven year cycle falls sometime in 2015. Judging by the recent euphoria surrounding the recent market performance, this market could be nearing it's top. 

This article was not written to promote fear, but rather to enlighten people to the history of the markets and the consistency of market declines in these 7 year cycles.

This is some of the most troubling information I have ever received on illegal immigration. It seems this administration and President Obama have created the border crisis with these illegal immigrant children flowing across America's southern borders. 

The following is a government document searching for escort services for 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air, dated January 29th 3:19 pm 2014.

So, in essence, our government officials knew this wave of illegal immigrants were coming to our borders, and they planned for it well before it hit, because they’ve known for quite some time the Obama Administration’s policies are causing it to happen.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has a continuing and mission critical responsibility for accepting custody of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) from U.S. Border Patrol and other Federal agencies and transporting these juveniles to Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) shelters located throughout the continental United States.

ICE is seeking the services of a responsible vendor that shares the philosophy of treating all UAC with dignity and respect, while adhering to standard operating procedures and policies that allow for an effective, efficient, and incident free transport. The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year.

 Transport will be required for either category of UAC or individual juveniles, to include both male and female juveniles. 

There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air. Escort services include, but are not limited to, assisting with: transferring physical custody of UAC from DHS to Health and Human Services (HHS) care via ground or air methods of transportation (charter or commercial carrier), property inventory, providing juveniles with meals, drafting reports, generating transport documents, maintaining/stocking daily supplies, providing and issuing clothing as needed, coordinating with DHS and HHS staff, travel coordination, limited stationary guard services to accommodate for trip disruptions due to inclement weather, faulty equipment, or other exigent circumstances.

 In emergency situations, the Contractor shall be called on to provide temporary shelter locations (such as trailers) with shower facilities for juveniles who are pending placement with HHS when bed space is unavailable nationwide for extended periods of time. 

The Contractor shall provide temporary guard services and other support as necessary during these emergencies.

In addition, the Contractor shall have personnel who are able to communicate with juveniles in their own designated language(s). While this may not require each employee to be fluent in all of the encountered languages, personnel should have access to and knowledge of translation services.

Coupled with this report compiled by Judicial Watch, that is entitled, “A Timeline of the Obama Administration’s Four Year-Long Conspiracy to Grant Amnesty to Illegal Aliens by Dismantling Enforcement of Our Laws Against Illegal Immigration.” 

Along with this second report, published on Senator Jeff Sessions’ official website, is entitled, “Timeline: How The Obama Administration Bypassed Congress To Dismantle Immigration Enforcement”.  This is a very good record of events furnished by Senator Jeff Sessions. 

This is damning evidence against this administration and their controversial actions in this matter. 

In fact in this case the truth is definitely something most people would not want to accept; however, it is questionable that both political parties in this nation are guilty of undermining its constitution and national sovereignty.
